The garage floor is the job GatorGuard does most, and roughly four in ten of those jobs are replacing a coating somebody else put down a year or two earlier. That ratio is the whole argument for how they build the floor.
The crew grinds the existing surface back to bare concrete first — old stain, old coating, paint, whatever is on it. Then the moisture-barrier base layer goes down. Colour and the protective topcoat go over that the following day, which is why the install takes two days rather than one.
Sizes start at about a one-car garage, roughly 200 square feet. A typical two-car garage runs 400 to 500. The price comes from measuring the floor in person, never over the phone.
Takes about a minute. We'll call to confirm a few details.
